dating bravery

I love The Gun Show webcomic and it's epic wisdom that creator KC Green imparts unto the world.

The comic you'll find after the break is one I found particularly hilarious and relevant to our dating section.

When it comes to relationships, there is nothing that will stop one before it even begins like fear. If you think that cute boy you see at Gamestop every month is the cat's meow, tell him about it! The worst he can do is tell you you're a smelly girl, in which case you can brush it off and move on to the next cute boy. Finding someone to spend those long gaming nights on the couch with is more than worth the temporary hurt of a few rejections.

Note: Pretty Gamer does not recommend stabbing as a form of being brave when speaking to men you may be interested in.

  1. I'm glad someone is putting some word out there because getting stabbed isn't something I usually put on my day planner.

  2. In hindsight, I probably should have read all the way down to the disclaimer at the bottom before taking that dating advice at face value.

  3. See guys, there's no need to be scared when a woman expresses interest! I mean, look at it this way: we could be stabbing you! *g*

  4. Well, I'll certainly have to keep in mind, next time a girl is stabbing me, that she's probably just expressing her love.

No, Twinkie, this doesn't give you free reign to stab me.
